Patient history and date ranges

Use the 30, 90, and 180-day views to review earlier synced records, and distinguish them from the History tab.

A patient may have used Pippa before connecting with you. Once they grant consent, the workspace can include earlier records already synced to their account. An almost-empty recent view does not necessarily mean they have never logged.

Expand the record you are viewing

Below the patient header, Showing offers 30d, 90d, and 180d. The default is 30 days. Select a wider range to fetch earlier records; the chosen range stays in the page URL, so a bookmark can reopen that view.

When at least three older meal or mood entries sit outside the current range, a notice explains that the patient has earlier history. It offers a wider range when one can cover that history. If the record extends beyond the available ranges, the notice explains that 180 days is the most this view can show.

This is a bounded view of synced records, not a promise that every local entry or every old record is available. A wider date range does not bypass consent or recover deleted records.

History is a separate tab

The History tab holds care-team activity and consent information. Use the range controls for earlier patient data; use History to review activity around their care. See Care team and Consent.

Reading concerns in context

Widening the record helps you review the background. Some concern calculations still use their own recent windows; an old entry does not automatically become an active concern just because it is visible. Open the relevant evidence and check dates before interpreting a flag.

In the demo

The demo uses a fixed set of meals and check-ins. Its range buttons explain this instead of pretending to load more records. On a real consented patient, changing the range fetches the corresponding record.
