Quick review before a session
Choose dates and sections for a compact patient summary, with your choices remembered in this browser.
Open a consented patient's Overview and find Quick review above the other cards. It brings meal records, optional check-in responses, and measures into one selected interval so you can prepare for a session without opening every tab.
Choose the interval and sections
Select Last 7 days, Last 14 days, Last 30 days, or Custom dates. Custom dates include both the From and Through dates. Future dates and reversed intervals do not produce a summary.
Choose Meals, Check-ins, and/or Measures. Results update immediately. Your choices, including custom dates, are remembered for your clinician account in the current browser and apply when you open other patients. Rolling presets advance with today; custom dates remain fixed until you change them. Preferences do not sync across browsers or devices. If browser storage is blocked, the panel explains that choices last only for the current visit.
Only these preferences are stored locally by this feature, not patient records or generated summaries.
What the summary means
- Meals: count of records, days with records, and counts marked eaten, skipped/not eaten, or without eating confirmation. A skip is not also counted as an unconfirmed meal.
- Check-ins: records reporting urges out of records with an urge response, and how many of those also record a coping skill. Purge follow-up reports yes responses and the number of yes/no answers. Missing, unasked, and declined responses are not treated as no.
- Measures: recorded scores and administration dates within the interval, with unanswered-item counts where supplied. No score is converted into a new risk rating.
These are descriptive summaries of available records, not diagnoses or a medical safety assessment. No meal record does not establish that a meal was missed. History coverage and dates
The patient page normally loads 30 days of history. If your interval starts earlier, Quick review withholds the summary and offers Load 90 days or Load 180 days, as appropriate. This changes the page's history window. Dates outside the most recent 180 days are not supported here.
Meal filtering uses the recorded patient calendar day; older records without one use their UTC date. Rolling presets end today in the patient's reported timezone, with UTC as the fallback. Measures use their recorded administration date. Other Overview cards retain their own windows: Quick review's date selection does not silently re-filter the whole dashboard.
Quick review is hidden in Patient view and unavailable when individual patient data is blocked. It does not send messages, create clinical notes, or call an AI model.
